Proper pretreatment

helps ensure excellent paint adhesion, improve the quality of the finish, and increase corrosion resistance. Matching the right pre-treatment equipment is one of the most important tasks a powder painter must perform to achieve a satisfactory end result of the painting process. Our company has a wide range of devices for pre-treating surfaces before painting. These include automatic and manual spray washers and immersion baths. We design them with the needs of our customers in mind, and depending on the type of elements to be painted - their level of dirtiness, the required quality of the coating - we adjust the optimal technological process of surface preparation (two-, three- or multi-stage).
