We offer the possibility of installing an overhead or bottom transport system for paint ovens, so you can efficiently move parts for painting.

The control panels in our ovens are designed,to allow control and monitoring of the operating cycle. With an intuitive interface, the user can easily customize the settings to suit individual needs.

Wolmal offers paint ovens equipped with a thermo-circulation system, which ensures even heat distribution in the oven chamber. In addition, the use of thermal insulation increases operating efficiency and minimizes energy losses.

PARAMETERS OF WOLMAL'S PAINT OVENS

Powder paint polymerization oven

is designed for curing powder-coated parts. Heating takes place through continuous forced air circulation in the ventilation-heating system. During heating at a temperature of 170-200°C for about 10-25 minutes, the powder is melted into a homogeneous, hardened paint coating well bonded to the surface of the detail. The exact time and temperature depend on the manufacturer of the powder paint and the part to be coated. An even distribution and a wide range of temperature and cycle time control are necessary to achieve a satisfying end result, which can be achieved in chambers of our production.

Our ovens can also be used as dryers after washing in inert washing substances.
